Maintain all required logs and shift documentation.ħ. Conduct continuing training programs for shift personnel concerning equipment operation, maintenance and repair.Ħ. Ensure that building environmental and comfort standards are maintained.ĥ. Responsible for general building structure and equipment operation, maintenance, and repair, including but not limited to air conditioning units, refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, furnishings, fixtures, elevators and fire protection systems.Ĥ. Responsible for building mechanical plant operations during shift ensures that equipment operating procedures are correctly followed takes any actions necessary to maintain operating plant, equipment, or personnel safety during assigned shifts.ģ. Responsible for daily supervision of assigned shift personnel, including recommendations for hiring and terminations, maintenance of shift performance appraisal documentation, reprimands, recommendations for discipline and wage adjustments, etc., ensures company policy and procedures are followed.Ģ.
