They don’t have room service unless requested, which we weren’t told by the front desk. The staff was rude, only person we encountered that was nice, was a cleaning lady whom cleaned the public restroom. The free towels offered by the pool were tiny and dirty, multiple people needed 2 or 3 towels to cover one chair. The chairs and “beds” at the pool were dirty and dated. We had to go inside to bring drinks to the pool because they couldn’t make things. The bar at the pool has a very minimal selection of alcohol, and a couple finger foods. The casino closes all table games at 2am or earlier, not 24 hours. The smell of smokes carried in to the rooms, leaving all of our clothes to smell of smoke. The rooms are old and dated, furniture falling apart. They offered us a fan for the room, which hardly blew out anything. It’s controlled centrally and it can not keep up if it’s hot out, half the property had zero AC. This property does NOT have air conditioning.
